Attorney Profiles

An experience litigator, Clark Rice represents clients in bodily injury and commercial claims, employment-related litigation and other civil actions.

Before joining the firm, he was a judicial law clerk for the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.  He then served as an assistant Cuyahoga County prosecutor in the Criminal Division as primary trial and appellate counsel.

Mr. Rice is a graduate of Bethany College and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  He was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1980 and is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.
